Products sold through this site — including The Saxophonist's Compendium — are digital downloads delivered in PDF and/or EPUB format. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the file(s) via a link sent to your email address.

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Download and store the file(s) on your personal devices
- Read and reference the content for your own personal, non-commercial use
This license does not transfer ownership of the content. All intellectual property rights remain with Alberto Martir / Tito Silversax.

5. Payment & Delivery
Payments are processed securely by Kit (formerly ConvertKit) and its payment partners. We do not store your payment card information. After payment is confirmed, a download link will be sent to the email address you provide. Please check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within 10 minutes.

6. Refund Policy
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned," all sales are final. However, if you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the file(s), contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
