We receive your name and email; your payment card information is handled directly by Kit's payment processor and is never stored by us.
• When you request the free Emotional Star Map guide, you provide your email address through an opt-in form managed by Kit.
• When you book or inquire about peer support services (Inner Life of Sound, Modal Sound Sessions), you may provide your name, email, and any information you share in your application or message.

Services: We offer the following live, human services:

• Inner Life of Sound — 90-day peer support intensive, by application; pricing discussed individually
• Modal Sound Sessions — 60-minute live improvisation sessions, $150 per session

4. License for Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and store the file(s) on your personal devices
• Read and reference the content for your own personal, non-commercial use

This license does not transfer ownership of the content. All intellectual property rights remain with Alberto Martir / Tito Silversax.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Share, distribute, resell, or sublicense digital products to any third party
• Upload content to any file-sharing platform, torrent, or public server
• Reproduce substantial portions of any product in another publication or commercial offering
• Use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or author attributions

6. Payment & Delivery

Payments for digital products are processed by Kit. We do not store your payment card information. Download links are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please check your spam folder if nothing arrives within 10 minutes.

Service pricing (Inner Life of Sound, Modal Sound Sessions) is discussed and confirmed directly before any payment is collected.

7. Refund Policy

Digital products: Because digital files are delivered immediately, all sales are final. If you experience a technical problem preventing access, contact us within 30 days and we will resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.

Services: Cancellation and refund terms for live sessions are agreed upon individually at the time of booking. As a general policy, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content — including text, audio recordings, worksheets, templates, and design elements — is the original work of Alberto Martir and is protected by United States and international copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in civil and criminal penalties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representation that any product or service will produce a specific outcome in your musical practice, emotional wellbeing, or creative process.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alberto Martir / Tito Silversax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product or service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
